The Department of English at Louisiana State University invites applications for a joint appointment between the Department of English and the Women's and Gender Studies (WGS) Program.

Required Qualifications: Ph.D. in English, WGS, or related field; evidence of innovation and excellence in teaching and research.

Additional Qualifications Desired: Ability to teach introductory gender courses in both English and WGS, as well as graduate seminars in feminist theories; expertise in both gender theory, queer theory, disability studies, or rhetorical theory.
