ASSESSMENT OF THE YEAR ABROAD IN MODERN LANGUAGE DEGREES

In this conference, we would like to examine and share current assessment practices with regard to a diverse range of residence abroad experiences (university study, work placements, teaching assistantships or a combination of these). We look at this primarily from a practical angle in order to formulate directions for the future of Year Abroad Assessment in HE language departments.

We would like to draw your attention to the CALL FOR PAPERS that is now open. The deadline for submission is the 28 February 2010. We invite papers from lecturers, teachers and researchers, as well as from support staff dealing with year-abroad assessment processes, who work in HE language education and related areas.
